Floating at Aunt Sheila’s House

Cecilia loves the water.  Her Mommy and Daddy took her for swimming lessons at the Y.  She took to it, like a ….. well you know.

She looks so cute in this little floaty.  Sheila got it for her for her birthday.  There is a little shade thing to keep the sun off of her.  Sheila says it acted like a sail and blew her all around the pool.  It’s perfect.  This little girly is going to be such a dare devil.  She loves the boat when Mommy and Daddy go for a ride on the Chain.  I’ve seen her with a big smile when she is driving the golf cart at Grandma Sherry’s house.  A couple of days ago I got a picture of her with a big smile while riding on a swing at Grandma Bridgete’s house.  Now I see she likes sailing around Aunt Sheila’s pool.  What next?

I’ll be out there soon enough to see everyone and will enjoy a float in the pool with Cecilia.  Hmmm… I wonder if they make these floaty things for grownups…  That would be fun.

Hey, just thought of something.  Is anyone in this pool with her?   I hope you didn’t put her in there by herself.

Maybe that blurry thing in the lower right of the picture is a foot or something.

Okay, I’ll stop stressing now.

  1. I was in the pool with her. Aunt Sheila said that the picture looked like no one was in there with her, and she said you would take note of that. We went swimming again on Saturday and yesterday. We were in the pool for 3 hours on Saturday. She loved it. On Sunday there were a bunch of other kids there too and I think she had even more fun. Can’t wait to see you soon.
